Helping healthcare professionals to understand the latest advances in liver disease to better manage and treat their patients.
The ask
Our client wanted to provide high quality, easily accessible, meaningful medical education to HCPs in the UK straight from the digital EASL congress 2020, during the COVID-19 period. Using innovative digital approaches the client could enable HCPs access the latest key medical advances in liver disease and ultimately establish themselves as leaders in the field.
The solution
We produced a podcast series of 9x20-min episodes, with experts providing their perspective on key topics from EASL 2020. The topics were based on abstracts and posters published by the congress and were selected in collaboration with the client and experts.
We liaised with and interviewed 5 experts from a range of backgrounds and roles. We also managed the contracting process and content approval in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
The benefit
HCPs enjoyed the podcast series and were able to follow the latest medical advancements in the field of hepatology conveniently, in their own time. In a period saturated with video content, podcasts are effective thanks to their friendly, conversational tone, making it easier to digest information.
